Return & Refund Policy

We want every reader to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason—whether the book arrived damaged, contains a printing defect, or simply wasn’t what you expected—you may return it for a full refund or replacement. No questions asked.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@occultpublishing.com, or
  2. Fill out the Return Request form at the bottom of this page.

Please include your order number and the title of the book you wish to send back. We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid shipping label and simple packing instructions.

What happens next
• Once we receive the returned book, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement—whichever you prefer.
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days.
• Occult Publishing covers all return-shipping costs.

Limitations
• This policy applies to physical books purchased directly from Occult Publishing.
• Digital editions and gift cards are non-returnable.
